Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at Liquide. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, building strong relationships with customers, retaining customers, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and provide insights
Experience in customer satisfaction and customer retention
Ability to build strong relationships with customers. and maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
Experience in the finance or investment industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field,
