Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer success manager role at Customer Experience Lab in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and retaining customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Service skills
Must have working experience at tally (India). Intuit (US), Zoho or Freshworks.
Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
Relationship Building to foster strong customer connections
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer experience management or related field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,
