Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at PropChk in Hyderabad. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data to improve services, retaining customers, building and maintaining relationships, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Service skills
Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision-making
Relationship Building to foster strong connections with customers
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in the real estate or home services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,
