Job Details
We are looking for a qualified Sales Engineer with 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer of Process Control Instrumentation such as Pressure, Temperature, Level, HVAC/BMS Sensors, Air Quality Sensors, and Water Quality Sensors.
The engineer will be involved in direct sales to clients in the Automation Segment (Process / OEM / HVAC / BMS), Pharmaceutical Segment and OEM and also interaction with contractors, consultants, and end customers.
Responsibilities:
Generate Qualified leads that align with our instrumentation products and maximize customer potential in designated regions.
Conduct 5-6 client visits daily to sell our instrumentation: Pressure, Temperature, Level, HVAC/BMS Sensors, Air Quality Sensors, and Water Quality Sensors.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and market conditions to strategically position process instrumentation products in the market
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding evolving needs.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Prepare on-time responses to requests for quotation, negotiation, and close of sales orders.
Close deals aligned with Omicron's business goals and Client satisfaction.
Willingness to travel for client meetings for process instrumentation products and industry events as needed.
Attending and participating in exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events.
Submit regular client visit plans; schedule client meetings and action plans for follow-up
Requirement
Degree : Bachelors of Engineering
Successful sales experience : 3-5 years of experience in the automation, process controls and instrumentation field.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels in the organization.
Proven ability to plan and organize work.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Skills:
Excellent English written/verbal communication skills.
Pleasing personality.
Proficient in MS Office and other Project Management tools.
Tech Savvy in using modern communication tools
