- Job Description:
Actively source new sales opportunities through individual effort, including outbound cold calls, emails, and networking, to meet and exceed sales targets
Efficiently route qualified opportunities to the onsite US sales rep, scheduling meetings to drive the sales process forward
Collaborate closely with the onsite US sales rep and the sales team to strategically develop and expand the F&A sales pipeline, contributing directly to the team's success
Maintain and update prospect data within HubSpot, ensuring all communications and interactions are recorded for seamless follow-up and conversion
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through various communication channels, establishing trust and a clear understanding of client needs
Initiate and manage follow-up communications to advance prospects through the sales funnel, leading to successful deal closures
Elevate client awareness and preference for our business and services, effectively communicating our brand identity and corporate positioning
Participate in sales training sessions as applicable, continuously honing skills and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices
Assume responsibility for meeting individual and team sales targets, actively contributing to the overall success of the sales department
Key Skills:
Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, prospecting, including outbound calls to potential clients
Proficient in crafting initial pitches, securing meetings, and engaging decision-makers effectively.
In-depth knowledge of the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including the formulation of price quotes
Strong research capabilities to identify key decision-makers and relevant points of contact (RPC).
Experience in utilizing MS Office products and sales CRM platforms efficiently
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively, fostering meaningful conversations
Independent, proactive, and able to contribute significantly as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Shift Timing: US Shift (4:30 PM/5:30 PM onwards)
Job Location: Ahmedabad/Mumbai/Noida/Baroda,
