Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Software Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our software solutions, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored software solutions that meet their requirements.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our software products and services. Provide detailed information and demonstrations to clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Close sales and ensure agreements are mutually beneficial.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools. Tracked progress and reported on sales activities and results to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align efforts and achieve company goals.
Market Research: Updated about industry developments, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT software sales or a similar role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the IT software industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections.
