Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales executive with a deep understanding of the saree industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and leading a sales team to achieve and exceed targets. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and ensuring our products reach a wider audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the companys revenue and growth targets.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive insights. Use this information to inform sales strategies and product development.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Ensure excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management. Use data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Product Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives that effectively showcase our saree collections.
Pricing and Negotiation: Oversee pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients to ensure profitable sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand without overstocking.
Travel: Travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new markets.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the saree market and industry trends.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel as needed.
