Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Business Development Manager at Greython Construction India Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru. The Manager will be responsible for quickly developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying business development opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting the company's services to drive growth and profitability.

 Marketing Strategy Development, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
 Market Research and Analysis expertise
 Digital Marketing and Brand Management skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Strong negotiation and sales abilities
 Existing contacts and close networks with the key professionals and decision makers from Real estate, Construction, PMC, Architects, Interior Designers, Structural Consultants etc. are essential.
 Experience in the real estate and construction industry is essential
 MBA, bachelor's degree Business Administration, or related field

Essential Experience:
 Minimum 07 - 10 years of experience in relevant field and sector.
