Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and build a robust client base in the digital marketing space.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address client needs and highlight the value of our services.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential areas for growth.
Sales Forecasting: Create and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and targets, reporting regularly to management on progress and results.
Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing and strategy teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our services and build relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a business development role within a digital marketing agency.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the digital marketing industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
Strong network within the digital marketing industry.
