Roles & Responsibilities:*
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products.
- Handle client enquiries and provide product information.
- Offer suitable products and quotations.
- Visit customers to drive business.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Forecast sales and implement plans across India.
- Attend product trainings and conferences.
- Address customer queries and advise on upgrades.
- Travel for product launches and customer briefings.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Coach and motivate salespersons.
- Conduct trials and coordinate with technical teams.
