Job Details
The Management Sales Trainee will undergo an intensive training program designed to provide the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to excel in sales and sales management. The program will cover various aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, customer engagement, product knowledge, negotiation, and closing deals. Upon successful completion of the training program, the trainee will be prepared to assume a full-time sales or sales management role within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Training and Development:
Participate in classroom-style and on-the-job training sessions covering sales techniques, product knowledge, customer relationship management, and business development strategies.
Work closely with senior sales staff and managers to understand the sales process and strategies.
Attend workshops, seminars, and meetings to gain a deep understanding of the industry and market trends.
Sales Activities:
Assist in identifying potential clients through prospecting and networking.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand client needs and demonstrate product benefits.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and other documentation required for sales transactions.
Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining long-term relationships.
Market Research:
Conduct research to understand the target market, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Analyze sales data and market information to identify opportunities for business growth.
Performance Evaluation:
Meet regularly with the Sales Manager to review progress, receive feedback, and set goals.
Participate in performance evaluations and adjust strategies based on feedback and results.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Strong interest in a sales career, with a desire to learn and grow within the organization.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
Demonstrated leadership abilities through extracurricular activities, internships, or work experience.,
