Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Service Executive role for our Software Industry location in Noida. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers with issues relating to their products and services. Your duties will involve answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer complaints. You will also be required to maintain a customer service database and complete relevant reports as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to empathize with customers" issues and concerns
Capability of working in a high-pressure environment and multitasking
