- Work from Home ( Experience/ Graduate)- Immediate joiners only
- Minimum of 1+ year experience as customer service executive in a domestic premium contact center
- Typing speed of 25 words per minute with >=85% accuracy
- Language- Hindi+English Mandatory
- Work from Home
- 6 days working- Rotational off
- Salary 19K-21 K (Basis experience on papers )
- Core i5 gen 7 or above
- 8GB RAM
- genuine windows 10 or 11 with latest service pack; fixes/patch management to be carried out by partner on these end-points at regular intervals (virus definition updates, windows updates as the examples)
- Camera availability is must
- >=20Mbps internet connection (broadband connection is most preferred and mobile hotspot is not allowed)
- Genuine/Full version of Endpoint protection on the system
- Compatible USB headsets for WFH users
- UPS is mandatory
- EDR installation is a must
