We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with expertise in unsecured business loan sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing business plans to achieve targets, working with multiple lenders and NBFCs, forming and coaching new teams, and maintaining a good record of achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience in unsecured business loan sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of the market and customer needs.

- Collaborate with multiple lenders and NBFCs to develop and execute effective business strategies.

- Form new teams and provide clear coaching and guidance to achieve set deliverables.

- Demonstrate effective team management skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Establish and maintain industry connections in the relevant field to facilitate. business growth and development.

- Previous experience in the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) channel is a must.
