    *Job Overview:** As a Senior Business Development / Inside Sales Associate, you will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for driving revenue through proactive engagement with leads and existing clients. Leveraging your experience in Business Development / inside sales, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. *Key Responsibilities:** 1. Prepare Sales Pitch/Sales Presentation - Prepare a sales pitch that includes all the services and which will be self-explanatory. - Conduct compelling service presentations to potential clients. - Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits to address customer needs. 2. Make a Bond/relationship with potential clients - Make a bond with new clients and offer/customize services - Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs. - Build and maintain strong relationships with. existing clients. 3. Sales Funnel Management - Manage and update the sales pipeline - Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities to ensure accurate reporting. 4. Quota Attainment - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed assigned quotas. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment in messaging and customer satisfaction. - Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. 6. Negotiation and Closing - Lead negotiation efforts with clients to secure deals and favourable terms. - Work closely with the sales team to coordinate the closing process. 7. Team Leadership - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior inside sales associates. - Share best practices, conduct training sessions, and contribute to team development. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Personal Attributes: - Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team. - Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving sales environment.
