Roles And Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings, services, and products.
Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails to introduce our company and services.
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Create customized product solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
Proactively explore new business opportunities in the market.
Facilitate meetings or calls between prospective clients and account executives.
Provide regular sales reports to the Business Development Manager.
Candidate Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calls.
Track record of achieving sales quotas.
Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis.
Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Benefits
Office Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
