Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Specialist. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and creating effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and preparing reports to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales or a related field
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with CRM software, analytics software, and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate. effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience in the IT industry and familiarity with software products is a plus,
