Are you an experienced Sales Representative with a background in Direct Selling Agent (DSA) activities within the banking sector Do you have a passion for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships If yes, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities: -
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in need of business loans through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Submit loan applications to the bank on behalf of the borrower.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of business loan products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and complies with banking regulations and policies. Collect and submit all necessary documents to the bank.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Follow-Up: Follow up with borrowers after they have submitted their loan applications to keep them updated on the status of their loans.
Skills and Qualifications: -
1-3 years of experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the banking industry with a focus on business loans.
Experience as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) is highly desirable. Candidates must be open for fieldwork.
Sound understanding of business loan products, financial services, and banking regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.,
