Job Description
Oversee and enhance the performance of a team of lead generation specialists focused on identifying potential clients.
Take ownership of converting leads generated by the team into successful sales, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closure.
Craft compelling proposals and bids tailored to client needs and expectations.
Meet and strive to exceed individual and team sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of lead generation specialists, setting clear goals and expectations.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Provide regular reports to management detailing sales progress, team performance, and market insights.
Ensure transparent communication across all levels of the team and with clients.
Requirements
Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in managing sales or lead generation teams.
Extensive experience in managing and executing cold calling and email marketing campaigns.
Proven track record of successful business development, preferably in web and mobile development.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Strong understanding of web and mobile development technologies and industry.
Ability to discuss technical concepts and propose solutions to non-technical clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to handle complex information with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Additional Requirements:
Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.
Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.,
