Role Description
 Identify & develop new streams for long term revenue growth for LKPs Research Products - SPIP
 Identify the potential clubs or social networking channels or investors gathering agencies to promote SPIP product online as well as offline
 Responsible and accountable for development of new business
 Build relationship with Club networks like JOTO, Rotary club, Lions club etc. in different cities and organize offline/online events for investors
 Detailed knowledge of broking industry can be an advantage
 3 years professional sales experience in organizing events for investors for direct business
 Capable enough to tie-ups with Clubs networks or any other offline/online networks in different cities
 Capable enough to organize events in big societies for investor meets in different cities for direct business
 Self-presentable and capable enough to present the company and its products to the audience
 Prepare fortnightly/monthly/quarterly reports to the internal stakeholders for performance review

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
 Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role within the financial services or brokerage industry
 Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
 Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and research services
 Strong leadership and team management skills
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
