- We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Post Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving customer issues, and supporting the sales team by utilizing your experience in customer handling, customer support, grievance handling, customer retention, and lead generation. Good communication skills, professionalism, and strong work ethics are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to new and existing clients to generate leads, address customer grievances, and ensure customer retention.
Compile and maintain daily lists of leads, and regularly update the sales team on the status of leads.
Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities by leveraging networking and social media platforms.
Provide exceptional customer service by staying connected with customers, addressing their queries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Assist the sales team and customers throughout the sales process, providing necessary support and information.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing and operations, to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth post-sales processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively address customer needs and maintain a competitive edge.
Meet or exceed assigned targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention and lead generation.
Requirements:
Minimum of1-2yearsofexperience in customer handling, customer support, grievance handling, customer retention, and lead generation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and interact with customers professionally.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to effectively address customer needs and resolve issues.
Professionalism and strong work ethics, including punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
Good knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and deliver results.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
