Location: Noida

Salary: 15k to 18k

Responsibilities:
. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques to generate leads.
 Sales Calls: Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to engage with potential customers, discuss products or services, and qualify leads.
 Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being offered and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
 Follow-up: Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
 Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications in the company's CRM system.

Qualifications:
 Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
 Client handling and client dealing
 Ability to communicate effectively in English, including speaking
 and writing
 Customer service skills
 Experience in Sales and Customer Support is a plus
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
 Knowledge of CRM tools and techniques is preferred
