At Hunt Property Infratech Pet Ltd e we are expanding our team and we are looking for the next member to cover the position as Administrative Coordinator of our office located in Sector 104, Noida.

We are a young, dynamic and innovative real estate company. Our main goal is to obtain satisfied clients thanks to our transparency, seriousness and cordiality in the treatment throughout the entrusted operations.

Essential Requirements

 Fluent in speaking & writing in English & Hindi language.

 Have excellent organisational and time management skills.

 Good appearance.

 Excellent communication skills.

 Microsoft Office Applications knowledge.

 To be able to work both in a team and on your own, communicating effectively.

Valuable Requirements

 Must have using any CRM experience.

 Call centre service experience.

 Concern on Real Estate Industry and news.

Responsibilities

 Telephone assistance.

 Sending documentation to customers.

 Sales team support.

 CRM information management.

 Document management for sales and rental operations.

 Appointment management.

 Organise partnerships with other real estate agencies.

 After sales service.
