Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Specialist role located in Noida. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, renting, or selling properties, providing customer service, conducting outreach and building relationships, and maintaining detailed knowledge of real estate market trends.

Qualifications
 Strong understanding of the real estate market and related laws. policies, and regulations.
 Excellent customer service skills with an ability to build strong relationships with clients.
 Experience in real estate development, sales, or property management preferred.
 Attention to detail and time management skills.
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
 Knowledge of local and national real estate trends and laws.
 Familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and GIS software is beneficial,
