Team Member Role: Sales Executive (Only Bangalore People)

As a crucial team member, the Sales Executive role delivers exceptional client support, employs strategic thinking, and injects vitality into the real estate industry's transaction and sales processes. This position is a prominent representative of our firm, engaging with clients to enrich our market insights and knowledge.
Role & Responsibilities:
Collaborate proactively with the team to support site visit efforts.
Take the initiative to establish connections with potential landlords and developers, grasp their residential real estate assets, and arrange meetings with key decision-makers.
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with landlords and developers.
Participate actively in calls, meetings, and site visits, ensuring timely follow-ups and internal proposal submissions.
Prepare and present reports according to internal team specifications.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of relevant properties within the industry.
Collaborate closely with the team lead to gain insights into the Bangalore real estate market.
Other Attributes:
Strong understanding of Bangalore geography or ability to quickly grasp it.
1+ years of experience in real estate
Own vehicle
Willingness to travel within the city as required.
Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
Self-starter, resourceful, confident, well-organized, highly dependable, and detail-oriented.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role within the Real Estate industry.
Demonstrated excellence in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take initiative and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional customer service and time management abilities.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility in work schedule to meet client needs.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations is advantageous.
