Key Responsibilities:

Participate in negotiations between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions.

Keep the manager informed about upcoming projects and developments in the real estate market.

Deliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing properties and their features.

Work effectively within a team to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain records of client interactions and transactions, using MS Office and other relevant tools.

Requirements:

Relevant educational qualifications.

Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with an aptitude for customer service delivery.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and other relevant tools.

Ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
