    Job Title: Sales Executive Real Estate/Channel Partner Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales for the companys real estate projects. This includes engaging with potential clients, understanding their property needs, presenting suitable options, and closing sales. The role requires an individual with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels (cold calls, site visits, networking, etc.). Understand client needs and preferences to suggest appropriate real estate options. Sales Presentation: Present and promote the companys real estate projects to prospective clients. Conduct site visits and property tours to demonstrate the features and benefits of the properties. Sales Process Management: Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales through CRM software. Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales reports to the Sales Manager. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in the real estate market, including property prices, new developments, and competitor offerings. Provide insights to the sales team and management on market conditions and client preferences. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new clients. After-Sales Support: Assist clients with the documentation process and coordinate with legal teams to ensure smooth transactions. Address any post-sale issues or concerns to ensure client satisfaction. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry practices.
