Job Summary: The CRM and Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting back-office operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Duties:
Customer Interaction:
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding properties and services.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain and update the customer database.
Track and manage customer interactions and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing deals.
Provide support in preparing and presenting sales proposals.
Feedback and Improvement:
Collect customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments.
Implement customer feedback to improve services and processes.
Back Office Duties
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Manage and maintain real estate documents, agreements, and contracts.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and filed correctly.
Data Management:
Update and manage databases related to properties, clients, and transactions.
Prepare regular reports on sales, customer interactions, and other metrics.
Administrative Support:
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
Provide general administrative support to the sales and management teams.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer relationship management and/or back office roles, preferably in the real estate sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
