Once the booking done, customer has to be handled by CRM executive till handing over and completion of maintenance of their flat. This applies for all the projects. Everything comes in that way has to be managed and closed. Collection and handling customers are the major activities.
Calling welcome calls & letter ERP booking entries
Agreements and documentations
Raising demand and Collection & Receipts in ERP
MIS & Reports
New Bookings follow up with Sales Team
Managing Customization and Maintenance collections
Qualification
Any Degree
Experience
3+ years experience as CRM in Real Estate Industries
