Job Title: Sales Support Specialist (Production Planning & Control Department)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to work closely with our Production Planning & Control (PPC) department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to analyse data to drive sales growth while ensuring alignment with production capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide support to team while working with PPC team for timely readiness follow-up, and dispatch.

 Collaborate with PPC to ensure production planning aligns with sales forecasts, based on production capacity and material availability.

 Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and present findings to PPC.

 Assist in creating sales collateral, such as product sheets and case studies.

 Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.

 Ensure accurate and timely communication of production related information to sales team based on interactions with PPC team.

 Participate in production planning meetings to ensure sales and production alignment.

Requirements:

 3+ years of sales or sales support experience.

 Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques.

 Experience working with production planning and control processes.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

 Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

 Strong organizational and time management skills.

 Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

Nice to Have:

 Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

 Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

 Certification in sales or production planning.,
