Job Overview This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Support Analyst located in Hyderabad with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Support Analyst will be responsible for delivering both virtual and in-person product demos and creating detailed help documents and SOPs to support product understanding and usage. The role also supports sales operations, by analyzing data and financial information, communicating effectively with clients and. colleagues, and supporting sales activities. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, technical writing ability, and a deep understanding of our product. Responsibilities: Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients, tailoring presentations to specific customer needs. Develop and maintain comprehensive help documentation, user guides, and FAQs for product users. Create, revise, and maintain SOPs related to product usage, demonstration procedures, and other relevant processes. Manage documentation and demonstration material updates in line with product releases and updates. Provide training and support to sales and customer success teams on product features and documentation resources. Participate in product development meetings to understand upcoming features and prepare for future demonstrations and documentation needs. Track and report on the effectiveness of demonstrations and documentation, using insights to drive continuous improvement. Analyze sales data and financial information, create reports communicating effectively with clients and colleagues, and supporting sales activities Qualifications & Skills: 1. Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills 2. Sales support experience and understanding of the sales process 3. Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge 4. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task 5. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint 6. Bachelors degree in business, Finance, or related field 7. Experience in product demonstration & technical documentation for software product-. 8. Exceptional presentation & communication skills, complemented by strong writing and editing abilities. 9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. 10. Flexibility to travel for in-person demos and participate in external events as needed,
