Experience: 5-6 years experience
 Proficiency in German Language
 About 3 years relevant hardware quoting experience required
 Proven experience and Knowledge on Sales Support Representative
 Expertise on Hardware/Software Quoting for Enterprise and Global Segment
 Excellent English language; including verbal, written and comprehension skills
 Skilled in MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Office applications
 Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to host conference calls and collaboration sessions online
 Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills demonstrated through the strong presentation, verbal and written communication
 Experience with quoting, product configurations, pricing processes and systems
 Comprehension and capability of meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
 Increase sales productivity by streamlining business processes and tools
 Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage. multiple requests, perform diverse job functions and support a high-performing, successful sales team
 Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment, while maintaining strong attention to accuracy, details and outstanding customer service
 Maintain accurate account, license, service contract, asset and maintenance entitlement records within CRM Application,
