The International Sales Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the international sales team in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with various departments, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to international clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and possesses a good understanding of international trade practices.

Key Responsibilities:
 Sales Support:
 Assist the international sales team with order processing, including quoting prices, creating sales orders, and tracking shipments.
 Prepare and send sales invoices, shipping documents, and other necessary paperwork to customers and internal departments.
 Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer interactions, and transactions.
 Customer Service:
 Respond to inquiries from international clients regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and shipping details.
 Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers to ensure repeat business.
 Documentation and Compliance:
 Ensure all international sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including export and import requirements.
 Prepare and maintain documentation related to international trade, such as export licenses, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
 Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and inform the sales team accordingly.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree

 Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
 Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Fluency in multiple languages.
