- Job Summary for: Inside Sales Executive
Role & responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
Engage with leads via phone, email, and other channels to understand their business needs and educate them on the benefits of Freshers products and services
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting new accounts and expanding existing customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Any degree or a related field preferred.
English and Hindi language is must
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
All 6 days working
