About the Role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Degree Apprenticeship program team in Bangalore. In this role, you will implement lead generation strategies, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to fuel business growth. Youll be responsible for generating high-quality leads, nurturing relationships, and contributing to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities
 Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation plans aligned with business objectives.
 Utilize digital marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, social media, and events to generate leads.
 Work with sales teams to establish and refine lead scoring criteria and processes.
 Maintain and manage an accurate lead database using CRM tools.
 Collaborate with sales teams to align lead generation efforts and provide qualified leads.
 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to enhance lead generation strategies.

What Were Looking For
 Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (freshers only)
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 A creative, results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
