Timings:
1) 10 am to 7 pm
2) 6 pm to 3 am (US market)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales or a related field, with a proven track record in lead generation and cultivating client relationships. This role demands exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with potential clients and communicate the value of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their IT needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present product offerings, address client inquiries, and deliver tailored sales pitches.
Presentation Skills: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and features of our IT solutions to prospective clients.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies, contributing to overall business goals and objectives.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system for effective tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in IT sales or a related field.
Strong lead generation and closing skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
