Job Summary: The B2B Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for our product development services. This role involves identifying potential clients, building and maintaining a strong pipeline, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and research potential B2B clients in target industries, utilizing various tools and strategies to generate qualified leads. Prospecting: Reach out to prospects through email campaigns, cold calling, social media, and other communication channels to introduce our products and services. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with key decision-makers, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team. Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads, prospects, and opportunities. Monitor the progress of leads through the sales funnel. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs to refine lead generation strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns, providing regular feedback on campaign performance. Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients to foster trust and position the company as a preferred partner for their product development needs. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the technology or product development sector. Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to identify and qualify potential leads. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers. Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead generation tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and research skills to identify market opportunities and trends.
