Job Summary: The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Reports to Customer Support Manager Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues and questions. Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating issues as necessary. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services. Document customer interactions and issues in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. Identify and report trends in customer issues to help improve products and services. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Requirements:- The candidate should have graduated Experience: minimum 6 months of relevant experience Have a good command of Excel and basic computer knowledge Good communication skillsOther Details
