Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Executive located in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support, resolving technical support issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer inquiries, providing technical support, resolving customer complaints, and collaborating with other teams to improve customer experience.
Qualifications
Customer Support. Customer Service, and Technical Support skills
Experience in providing online support
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
