Job Location - Jaipur, Gurgaon & Noida (Work From Office)
Job Description:
- Responsible for US Clients, handling queries, Providing appropriate assistance.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
- Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively, and empathetically.
- Following up with customers for any further information.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools.
- Should be flexible with the US shifts (24/7 Shifts).
Eligibility:
- Grad or Undergraduate with good customer handling skills and fluency in English.
- Should be flexible with rotational night shifts (Us Shift).
- Experience or Fresher
- Should be comfortable Working from Office.
