Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role (onsite/remote) for a Business Development professional located in Bengaluru, India. As a part of the sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with customers, generating and qualifying leads, developing market strategies, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related field
Experience in the finance industry or with financial services is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent time-management and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving and. analytical skills, with the ability to develop strategies and solutions that meet customer needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
