Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Relationship Manager role located in Nagaur. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the relationship portfolio of the company. This will involve maintaining existing relationships while also creating new ones, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing profitability. The Senior Relationship Manager will also provide guidance and support to the Relationship Managers.

Qualifications
 Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship. management skills
 Ability to develop and execute business strategies effectively
 Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
 Sound knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically the retail lending space
 Experience in customer relationship management
 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
 Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field is a plus
 Experience in affordable housing or lending to self-employed individuals with informal income documents is a plus,
