Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Relationship Management Manager role located in Gurgaon. The role involves managing day-to-day customer relationships, analyzing market segmentation data, overseeing sales operations, and project management to ensure efficient transactions and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills, Communication, and Project Management abilities
Sales and Market Segmentation expertise
Experience in customer relationship management
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus,
