Role Description This is a full-time on-site Business Development Manager role. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth for the company. This includes identifying and pursuing potential clients, managing relationships with current clients, and collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions that meet client needs. Qualifications 1. Identify and prospect potential clients by conducting market research, cold calling, networking and attending industry events. 2. Build and maintain strong. relationships with existing and new clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. 3. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth for self and team 4. Define Ballance Score card, Themes, KRA / KPIs and take accountability of achieving the Topline and bottom line. 4. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our recruitment services and value proposition. 5. Collaborate with the recruitment teams to ensure a smooth handover of client requirements and expectations. 6. Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties. 7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. 8. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights for management review. 9. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. 10. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction. Qualifications: 1. Graduate / Postgraduate with preferably s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience of 10 years in Business Development or in a similar role within the recruitment industry,
