Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with 7 to 10 years of Experience in driving Warranty Management, Project Management businesses, Developing strategies and partnerships. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong connect with Brands, understanding of sales strategies, market trends.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
Analyse sales data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to secure profitable deals.
Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of 7 to 10 years in business development, sales, or related roles.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in IT Enable Services / Medical / Repair & Refurbishment / Telecommunication is highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
