Job Title: Software Tester

Position Overview

As a Software Tester at Zybo Tech Lab, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with our development team to identify and address issues, conduct thorough testing procedures, and contribute to the overall improvement of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products.

- Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, defects, and performance issues.

- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and clarify acceptance criteria.

- Document test results, track defects, and provide detailed reports to the development team.

- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Continuously learn and stay updated on testing methodologies, tools, and best. practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance Engineer in a software development environment.

- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- Experience with both manual and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
