Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This role involves creating and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications.

Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.

Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality risks.

Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Ensure that software releases meet quality standards before deployment.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve product quality.

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).

Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for test automation.

Understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
