Location: Noida

Salary: 3-6 LPA (can go higher or lower depending on the candidature and experience)

Experience: 1-3 years

Degree: B.Tech/BE, M.Tech/ME, BSc, MSc or any related IT or Computer Science Field

Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Design:
 Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements.
 Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Test Execution:
 Execute manual test cases to identify defects and ensure software functionality.
 Record and document test results, and communicate findings to the development team.

Defect Tracking:
 Identify, report, and prioritise bugs, issues, and inconsistencies using appropriate tools.
 Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of identified defects.

Regression Testing:
 Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been addressed and new changes do not introduce new problems.

Collaboration:
 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Documentation:
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test cases, test results, and testing processes.

Continuous Improvement:
 Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing processes and contribute to the overall improvement of the QA team.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
 1-3 years of experience in manual testing of software applications.
 Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
 Familiarity with testing tools and defect tracking systems.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
