Software Test Engineer

Test Planning and Design:
 Analyze user stories and requirements for validity and feasibility.
 Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
 Design and develop automated test scripts.
 Testing Execution:
 Execute manual and automated tests on software applications.
 Identify, record, document, and track bugs.
 Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
 Collaboration and Communication:
 Work closely with development teams to understand features and technical implementation.
 Communicate testing progress, test results, and other relevant information to stakeholders.
 Participate in design and specification reviews.
 Quality Assurance:
 Ensure the software meets functional and non-functional requirements.
 Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
 Monitor debugging process results.
 Continuous Improvement:
 Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
 Continuously improve testing processes and practices.
