About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Trainee Engineer with a keen interest in software testing to join our growing team. As a Trainee QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in learning the fundamentals of software testing and gaining hands-on experience in various testing methodologies. You will collaborate with experienced QA Engineers to understand testing processes, design test cases, execute tests, and identify and report defects.

Key Responsibilities
 Assist QA Engineers in understanding product requirements and designing test plans.
 Participate in designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test cases.
 Collaborate with developers to gather and document test scenarios.
 Identify and report software defects, ensuring timely escalation to the development team.
. Assist in analyzing test results and providing support in generating test reports.
 Stay updated on the latest testing methodologies and tools.
 Attend QA training sessions and participate in knowledge-sharing activities.
 Gain hands-on experience in various testing tools and frameworks.
 Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes

Requirements
 Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
 Strong interest in software testing and a passion for quality assurance
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 Ability to learn new testing methodologies and tools quickly.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
